Introducing Hillside's Spring 2023 Analysts

Come Meet our New Analysts!

Hillside Ventures is proud to welcome the Spring 2023 Analyst class! These students have all demonstrated a passion for venture capital, outstanding leadership skills, and exceptional academic performance. Our new Analysts will help source deals, connect with founders, conduct industry research, and expand Hillside’s presence across the venture capital and entrepreneurship ecosystems. We’re excited to work with them and continue to support innovation at UConn!

Ammar Alsadadi

Ammar Alsadadi is a sophomore pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science and Finance. At Hillside, Ammar is part of the InsurTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is an Associate for the Husky Case Competition Club and a member of the UConn Actuarial Society. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing football, traveling, playing chess, and reading.

Maximilian Bollinger

Max Bollinger is a senior majoring in Finance and Economics at the University of Hohenheim in Germany and is currently studying at UConn as part of the BW-CT Exchange Program. At Hillside, Max is part of the InsurTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is part of the Finance Society Hohenheim. In his free time, he enjoys white water rafting, handball, and playing guitar. 

Jacob Caron

Jacob Caron is a sophomore pursuing a dual degree in Finance and Economics with a minor in Mathematics. At Hillside, Jacob is part of the Sustainability vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is an Analyst in the UConn Consulting Group, VP of Marketing for the Finance Society, and a member of the Investment Banking Society. In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, golfing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Tyler Dickinson

Tyler Dickinson is a junior majoring in Finance. At Hillside, Tyler is part of the InsurTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he serves as the President of his Greek organization along with being an active member of the Finance Society. Prior to coming to Storrs, he was an Analyst at the Rines Angel Fund at UNH. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and cooking. 

Isaac Duru

Isaac Duru is a junior majoring in Financial Management. At Hillside, Isaac is part of the InsurTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is involved in NABA (National Association of Black Accountants). In his free time, he enjoys investing, painting, and strength training. 

Maya Fox

Maya Fox is a sophomore majoring in Finance. At Hillside, Maya is part of the EdTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, she is an Officer of the Women’s Finance Association and a member of the Investment Banking Society. In her free time, she enjoys running and strength training. 

Nicholas Janus

Nick Janus is a junior electrical engineering major with a strong interest in finance. At Hillside, Nick is part of the InsurTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is the Senior Vice President of the Investment Banking Society and a member of the Finance Society. With a passion for both finance and technology, he is committed to looking at how tech is evolving the Venture Capital world. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and traveling.

Kripa Marvadi

Kripa Marvadi is a junior pursuing a major in finance with a minor in entrepreneurship. At Hillside, Kripa is part of the EdTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, she is a dancer on UConn's Bollywood dance team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, and dancing. 

Amanda McMahon

Amanda McMahon is a senior pursuing a major in Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation. At Hillside, Amanda is part of the EdTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, she is part of the UConn Women’s Lacrosse team. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, sports, and spending time with family and friends. 

Nidhi Mukka

Nidhi Mukka is a sophomore pursuing a major in Finance and a minor in Analytics. At Hillside, Nidhi is part of the Sustainability vertical. Outside of Hillside, she is involved in the UConn Consulting Group, KUBE (Kids and UConn Bridging Education), and Finance Society. In her free time, she enjoys golfing and traveling. 

Chrissy Pecora

Chrissy Pecora is a senior majoring in Business Management and minoring in Economics. At Hillside, Chrissy is part of the Sustainability vertical. Outside of Hillside, she is the President of the UConn Law Society, an academic mentor for Alpha Chi Omega, and a member of the Alzheimer’s Association. In her free time, she enjoys running and learning Spanish. 

William Quinlan

Will Quinlan is a sophomore majoring in Finance and minoring in Statistics and Entrepreneurship. At Hillside, Will is part of the EdTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, Will is very involved in HuskyTHON, a charity organization that raises money for Connecticut Children's Medical Center. In his free time, he enjoys powerlifting, reading, and rooting for the Red Sox. 

Jonathan Schoelkopf

Jonathan Schoelkopf is a sophomore majoring in Management & Entrepreneurship. At Hillside, Jonathan is part of the InsurTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is involved with the Business Connections Learning Community and the Werth Institute. In his free time, he enjoys sustainable fashion and traveling the world. 

Nicholas Sivo

Nicholas Sivo is a junior pursuing a major in Finance and minors in Analytics and Entrepreneurship. At Hillside, Nicholas is part of the EdTech vertical. Outside of Hillside,  he is involved in the Finance Society, Investment Banking Society, and UConn Club Track & Field. In his free time, he enjoys strength training, collecting records, and reading.

Ethan Sutton

Ethan Sutton is a junior pursuing a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. At Hillside, Ethan is part of the EdTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is a Peer Advisor for the School of Business and part of the Finance Society. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, chess, and skiing.  

Corey Wichansky

Corey Wichansky is a junior pursuing a major in Finance and minors in Analytics and Entrepreneurship in the Honors Program. At Hillside, Corey is part of the EdTech vertical. Outside of Hillside, he is a member of Alpha Sigma Phi and is also the Treasurer of the Fishing Club. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, playing sports with his friends, and is also an avid UConn basketball fan.
